This Warranty is provided by Welton USA.
WHO IS PROTECTED
This Warranty is extended to the first original owner.
NOTE: RENT-TO-OWN DEALERS ARE CONSIDERED THE FIRST ORIGINAL OWNER
WHAT IS COVERED AND HOW LONG
Welton USA warrants
its Furniture Products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of
one year from the date of purchase. This Warranty covers the natural and
manufactured components of the furniture product – including wood, metal,
plastic, glass, and all other man made component materials. Replacement
parts and components supplied under this warranty are warranted only for
the remaining portion of the warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Limited Warranty does not cover (a) damage caused in
shipment, accidents, misuse, or negligence, (b) damage to cabinetry,
drawer pulls, knobs, or to any cosmetic item, (c) normal owner
maintenance, (d) damage or component failure due to customer abuse, (e)
insect damage. We reserve the right to modify our products without
incurring any obligation to make the same changes or modifications to
products we have previously manufactured or sold.
This Warranty does not apply to labor incurred to replace
warranted component parts. Welton USA makes every effort to design its
Furniture Products in a way that makes field replacement of component
furniture parts practical and simple. Welton USA is not responsible for
trip or transportation charges during warranty.
WHAT WELTON USA WILL DO
Welton USA will supply at no charge to the owner for one year,
new or remanufactured replacement parts to replace those which fail under
normal use and service.
WHAT THE DEALER OR CONSUMER MUST DO
To obtain a replacement component part during the warranty
period, contact Welton USA Parts Department directly. Provide proof of
purchase (dated sales receipt).
